A Workshop on Career Guidance for School Children island-wide.

Workshops have been organized by the Career Guidance Centers at the district level under the Career Guidance Division of the National Youth Services Council to broaden the awareness of Career Guidance Services at the school level.

Accordingly, actions have been taken to implement Career Guidance Workshops for 800 A/L students in the Hambathota, Anuradhapura, and Badulla districts with the patronage of the Career Guidance Officers presently.

Mr. Gamini Wickramapala, the Chairman/ Director General of the National Youth Services Council stated that the particular workshops highlight how to achieve the goals and targets of life, and it is expected to get the A/L students in Hambanthota and Badulla districts and also to get the O/L Students in Anuradhapura district involved in these workshops to make them aware on passing exams.
